You Can't Do That! It's Illegal!
Okay, so my sweet little boy loves Star Wars. His best friend lives behind us and loves Star Wars, too. They spend hours playing together. Yesterday Lawson and "T" were trying to figure out a way to pool their money and buy more Star Wars toys. They still didn't have enough. After a while they decided to take a walk. Whenever the kids are out in the neighborhood I give them a walkie talkie and I keep one. Lawson loves to talk to me a lot on the walkie talkie but after a few minutes he said that I needed to quit bothering him for a while. Later, I saw the two boys out front carrying a plastic box and walking door-to-door. I radioed Lawson and asked him what they were up to. He said "Mom, we have a great idea! We are going around to all the houses in the neighborhood and asking people to give money to help kids that are in the hospital." I praised him for being a sweet, caring little boy and advised him to only go to houses of people that we know. I went back inside and I told Billy what he was doing. We settled back on the couch to finish watching Glenn Beck and then all of a sudden I thought "Oh, no!" So, I radioed Lawson again "Lawson, you can not take donations for sick children from people in the neighborhood and then use the money to buy Star Wars toys!" He said "Oh. Well, I'll just get people to help the kids in the hospital. You can buy me Star Wars toys."
